Health & Safety: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to treatments. Elevate M Spa is not liable for adverse effects resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.

Pricing & Promotions: Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Liability: Clients are advised not to bring valuables to the spa, as Elevate M Spa cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings. By receiving services, clients release Elevate M Spa and its staff from liability for outcomes within reasonable professional standards.
