Services: All service sales are final. Refunds are not available once a treatment has been rendered. Should you have any concerns during or after your treatment, please notify our team immediately so that we may address them appropriately.

Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within (number of days) of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates: These are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another individual with prior written authorization from Elevate M Spa.
